Unknown ship added - Caldari?

This picture was added without any description, anybody any suggestions?

It's either a Scimitar (Logistics) or a Scythe (Cruiser). Looking at the new ships the Scimitar is the one with the blue windows, the Scythe has orange ones. The Scimitar has four of those panels around its "nose" that are missing here, but I'd still put my money on Scimitar.
Definately Minmatar though.
